United Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to be based at Maida Vale or Willesden, supporting young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. You will help students in lessons and provide personal care and mobility assistance, including transfers and hoist use.
The role requires a calm, patient, supportive approach, clear communication, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. Training will be provided to develop specialist practice.
