Surbiton High School is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with physical disabilities. The role involves collaborative work with teaching staff, therapists and carers to help the pupil access the curriculum and participate in school life.
The successful candidate will assist with mobility, AAC usage, personal care and safeguarding, fostering independence and communication in a nurturing educational setting.
