We’re looking for a confident Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham.

If you’re someone who can step in, take initiative, and create a calm, engaging space for young learners, this could be a great fit.

You’ll be supporting within a busy EYFS setting, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll:

• Support learning through play and child‑led activities
• Work confidently as part of a team
• Bring energy, structure, and consistency to the setting

Start:
Immediate (following a successful trial)

Hours:

7:30-3:30 and 10:00-6:00 (shift pattern)

Location:

Hammersmith and Fulham

• A Level 3 EYFS qualification (essential, must count in ratios)
• Experience in a Nursery or school-based EYFS setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Confidence supporting play-based learning
• Reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running

• Friendly, supportive EYFS team
• Well-organised setting with clear routines

Trials are being arranged immediately, so early applications are encouraged.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is temporary, with the potential to become permanent.
