  Youknowthe Statutory Frameworkinsideout ,youstaycurrentwithresearch,andyourcurriculumdecisionsarealwaysgroundedinwhattheevidencesaysisbestforchildren.
• Directexperienceworkinginorleadingtowardsan Ofstedinspection.
  
  Youunderstandwhat Exceptionallookslikeinpractice,notjustonpaper,andyouholdyourselfandyourteamtothatstandardeveryday.
• Experienceasa Designated Safeguarding Leador Deputy DSL,withsafeguardingtrainingthatiscurrentandembeddedineverythingyoudo.
• Adeepandgenuinecommitmenttochildren’srightsandthebeliefthateverychilddeservestohavetheirvoiceheard,valued,andwovenintotheirownlearningjourney.
