Salary:£26,366 - £29,373 FTE (£23,181.80 - £25,825.65 based on 38 weeks per year) subject to qualifications, skills, and experience
Hours:Monday - Friday 8:45 - 5 pm (Part time opportunities available - minimum 3 days)

We're looking for a dedicated Learning & Skills Coach to join our Inclusion Team, supporting learners with additional needs to thrive both in and out of the classroom. In this rewarding role, you'll provide tailored support, encourage independence and confidence, and help students develop the skills they need for success in education, employment and life.
Working alongside teachers and specialist staff, you'll play a vital role in creating an inclusive environment where every learner can succeed.
- Has experience supporting young people with additional learning needs.
- Is passionate about inclusion and student success.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Can motivate, encourage and inspire learners to achieve their goals
- Relevant qualification in learning support or in a related area or willing to work towards one
- Has Level 2 qualification / GCSE in English and Maths
