As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be based in a secondary school (11 – 18 year olds). You will lead classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task, managing behaviour, and creating a calm, focused learning environment. This is a key role within secondary schools, as almost every school relies on cover supervisors to ensure continuity of learning.

Working as a Cover Supervisor is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a secondary school setting while enjoying flexible working hours.

• You do not need any formal qualifications to be a Cover Supervisor, but you will need to get an Enhanced DBS certificate to work with children (we can offer assistance if you need to apply).
• You will also need to provide professional or academic references covering the past two years.
