Cambridge for Global Training is looking for an experienced freelance trainer to deliver our executive-level professional development course, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), live in London.
Help business leaders integrate sustainable practices, ethical leadership, and meaningful community impact into their corporate strategies.
📋 Job Details- 📍 Location: London, United Kingdom
- 📅 Dates: 05 – 09 October 2026
- ⏰ Schedule: 5 days | 4 hours daily
- 🗣️ Language: English
- 💷 Training Fee: £1,000 (total for the full 5 days)
- Deliver the CSR course in line with approved curriculum and learning objectives.
- Coordinate all course-related activities seamlessly with Cambridge for Global Training.
- Receive and manage shipped training kits, documentation, or equipment.
- Prepare, customise, and update training materials, presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Facilitate interactive discussions, real-world applications, and high-engagement executive sessions.
The trainer must be confident in delivering all 5 core units:
- Unit 1: Understanding Corporate Social Responsibility (Evolution, business case, and global standards)
- Unit 2: Stakeholder Analysis and Issue Mapping (Prioritizing stakeholders and reporting best practices)
- Unit 3: Integrating CSR into Business Strategy (Embedding into corporate culture and functional areas)
- Unit 4: Implementing Effective CSR Strategies (Programme design, NGO partnerships, and risk mitigation)
- Unit 5: Ethical Leadership and Corporate Governance (Governance frameworks and managing ethical dilemmas)
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in CSR, sustainability, corporate governance, ethical leadership, or corporate training.
- Track Record: Proven experience delivering CSR, sustainability, or executive performance training programs.
- Skills: Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Availability: Must be physically present in London from 05 – 09 October 2026.
