Capel Manor College is seeking an Employability Coach to support learners on Skills Bootcamps, delivering one-to-one coaching and engaging workshops that build confidence and job-ready skills.
You'll work with employers, curriculum teams and external partners to prepare learners for interviews, recruitment events and positive employment outcomes, while tracking progress and reporting on outcomes.
