Teacher Active is proudly recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in South East London, looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children, understands the importance of early childhood development and is passionate about creating a fun, safe and engaging learning environment.

• Support children's learning and development within an Early Years setting.
• Plan and deliver fun, creative and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Encourage children's independence, confidence and social skills.
• Support pupils with a range of learning abilities and additional needs.
• Work closely with class teachers and other practitioners to provide high-quality care and education.
• Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and monitor children's progress and development.

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (desirable).
• Previous experience working within an EYFS, nursery or primary school setting.
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping young children learn, grow and thrive!
