Temporary Pay: £105–£145 per day PAYEThe opportunityA specialist SEN school in Westminster is seeking a dependable learning support assistant to help pupils with complex learning, communication and sensory needs participate fully in school life.

What you will do
• Support accessible lessons, communication routines and sensory activities.
• Follow individual learning, regulation and care plans consistently.
• Encourage independence, choice and meaningful participation.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and care colleagues.

What you will bring
• Relevant experience supporting children or young people with complex needs.
• A calm, respectful approach and confidence responding to individual communication.
• Reliability, safeguarding awareness and clear record keeping.
• QTS is not required for this learning-support role.
