Our client is a brand new, independent Montessori nursery in the heart of Marylebone, offering a four-day working week and opening in November with just 29 places across two small rooms. - Qualified: You hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- EYFS knowledge: You have a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
- Safeguarding aware: You're confident with safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
- Great communicator: You bring excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

- Ready for checks: You're happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
- Bonus points: Nursery experience, Montessori knowledge, an interest in Forest School and a valid paediatric first aid certificate would all be a real advantage.
- A salary of £28-30k, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- A four-day working week, giving you three days off every week.
- The chance to join a brand new nursery as part of its founding team.
- A small, personable setting of just 29 children, where you can give real individual attention.
- Hands-on experience of Montessori and Forest School practice, plus a rich enrichment programme of yoga, music and Mandarin.
