Hazelbury Primary School, part of Connect Education Trust, is recruiting a class teacher who may be placed in early years or in KS1 or KS2, depending on experience and preference. The post centres on teaching a rich curriculum to a class. The school is a national centre of excellence for oracy and a DfE-selected RISE school, with a farm, Forest School and a 1:1 Chromebook for each pupil.
Visa sponsorship is not available, and the post starts in February or April 2027.
- Teach a class in early years or KS1/KS2, as the appointment decides
- Deliver a rich, engaging and ambitious curriculum
- Plan and prepare teaching
- Command of spoken English sufficient to carry out the role
- Enhanced DBS check
- Barred list check where the post is in regulated activity
- Completion of the school's Keeping Children Safe in Education declaration
- Consent to online searches of publicly available information, including social media, before interview
- Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and young people
