Protocol Education is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant at Big Creative Academy in Walthamstow. The role focuses on supporting students with mental health needs and SEMH, including self-harm behaviours, to ensure educational progress and emotional wellbeing.
The ideal candidate is calm, empathetic and able to build strong relationships with students and staff. Immediate start after half term, with ongoing support from Protocol Education in a positive, creative school environment.
