Client Solutions Manager, Technology

The Client Solutions Manager partners with Meta’s most strategic advertising clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert and a trusted adviser in marketing, leading strategy, media planning, creative, tech integration, and measurement for some of Meta's leading clients in the Technology vertical.

The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver with a focus on developing high-impact marketing strategies, driving growth by constantly improving performance for advertisers and implementing measurement and attribution solutions.

This role is responsible for optimizing marketing strategies, using data and analytics to build consultative and technical solutions for our customers, providing business insights and advertiser education.

Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, commercial acumen, and the drive to deliver against ambitious targets and project timelines. You should have a passion for Meta's advertising solutions and the overall marketing/tech ecosystem.

Client Solutions Manager, Technology Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of strategic, enterprise clients delivering against ambitious revenue targets spanning both advertising solutions and enterprise sales

Work with clients to translate their business objectives into Meta marketing strategies, building on best practices and supported by robust measurement solutions

Manage internal account operations campaign planning, media recommendations, revenue delivery, performance analytics, and optimization opportunities

Serve as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution

Lead strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners (media, creative, adtech, measurement)

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in ad sales, performance marketing, and digital media platforms, including a successful track record in a quota-carrying role Hands-on experience with Meta's advertising solutions, including performance campaigns and advanced measurement solutions

Experience working with data, turning large datasets into actionable insights

Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team Experience clearly communicating complex solutions and strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the capacity to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly

Proven track record in storytelling through data visualization and ability to influence key decisions

Experience independently prioritizing and driving projects forward with minimal oversight, delivering results within defined timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced measurement solutions (marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution frameworks) to evaluate media investments

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to improve product features and functionalities

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Experience integrating AI tools or automation into client strategy workflows to improve efficiency, insight generation, or campaign performance
