The Role - 1:1 SEN TA

As a 1:1 SEN TA, you will provide tailored support to a Year 5 pupil with ADHD, helping them engage with classroom activities and develop their confidence and independence. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning strategies, encourage positive behaviour and support the pupil's academic, social and emotional development. The successful candidate will be adaptable and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.

Previous experience supporting children with complex needs is essential.
