Position: BIM Manager
Location:
Flexible | Home-based / Hybrid with occasional travel to London project sites
Salary: £55,000 - £80,000

- Lead BIM delivery across multiple live projects from pre-construction through to project completion.
- Manage and coordinate project models using Revit and associated BIM platforms.
- Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, processes and workflows across the business.
- Coordinate design information between architects, consultants, main contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Review and resolve technical queries, drawing comments and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project teams with clash detection, model reviews and BIM coordination workshops.
- Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) processes and document control procedures.
- Work closely with design, commercial and operational teams to develop practical and buildable solutions.
- Monitor BIM quality standards and ensure project deliverables comply with client and project requirements.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the company's BIM capability and wider design function.
- Proven experience managing BIM delivery on large-scale construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years' experience using Revit within a professional construction, architectural or engineering environment.
- Strong experience coordinating projects within a BIM environment and managing technical design information.
- Experience with in drylining, interiors, partitions, ceilings or specialist subcontracting would be advantageous, although candidates from wider construction sectors will be considered.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, industry best practice and ISO 19650 principles would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline preferred, with a full UK driving licence advantageous.
