Shift Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) - St Paul’s - £48,000 per annum, St Paul’s, London.

Shifts:

7AM-7PM & 7PM-7AM (Continental Pattern).

Are you a hands-on Engineer looking to bring your skills to one of London's most prestigious commercial developments? We’re seeking a Shift Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to join our on-site maintenance team at a modern landmark building in the heart of St Paul’s. You’ll play a key role in keeping this high-profile site running smoothly, working across both electrical and mechanical systems in a dynamic, supportive environment.

• Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
• Monitoring and maintaining HVAC systems, power distribution, lighting, and pumps
• Performing fault-finding, testing, and inspections on building systems
• Supporting the operation of the Building Management System (BMS)
• Completing detailed maintenance logs and ensuring compliance with H&S standards
• Responding promptly to breakdowns to keep the site running without disruption

• £48,000 salary

• Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Experienced in building services or a critical environment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team
