BMS Engineer

Static BMS Engineer – Sutton & Chelsea sites

I'm working with a Tridium & Trend‑biased BMS company who seek a BMS Engineer to cover two key sites, one in Sutton and the other in Chelsea. The directors are keen to speak to BMS Engineers who are proficient with BMS service & small work project duties on Trend systems.

The BMS Engineer will be certified & experienced with Trend products (IQvision, 963, IQ3, IQ4, SET for example). The two sites you’d be expected to cover have a mix of these systems. Duties will include routine BMS service, breakdowns, fault finding & small works. Your time will be split between Sutton (3 days) & Chelsea (2 days).

It is key that the BMS Engineer is comfortable with client liaison, quoting new BMS small‑work projects (upgrades, retrofits, installs) & coordinating with subcontractors.

• Provide routine BMS service and maintenance on Trend systems.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform breakdown repairs.
• Plan and quote small‑work projects for upgrades, retrofits and new installations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and liaise with clients.

• £50,000 – £58,000 per annum.
• Car or car allowance (£525/month).
• 4 % pension match.
