We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager - Japan for our Tokyo, Japan location.

• 日本国内の高精度加工・光学・真空・電子系サプライヤーとの関係構築・維持、および技術能力の詳細把握と検証
• 新規・既存サプライヤーと、社内R&D／製造チームとの技術的インターフェースの確立
• 戦略購買との協働による、サプライヤー選定、RFx・SOW策定、価格・契約交渉、リスク評価、パフォーマンス管理のリード
• Quantinuumのアウトソーシング要件・製造仕様の提示および適合サプライヤーの特定
• 技術・品質・コスト・納期要件に基づく新規サプライヤー候補の調査・評価
• 国内外の展示会・カンファレンスにおける、量子デバイス関連サプライチェーンの市場調査およびネットワーク構築
• 日本の量子・精密製造エコシステムや各サプライヤーの状況に関するレポート・分析資料の作成
• コマーシャル、R&D、製造、サプライチェーン各部門との連携による、事業・技術目標に整合したサプライヤー戦略の策定

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Japanese suppliers to understand and validate capabilities
• Be the interconnect between prospective suppliers and internal R&D and manufacturing teams
• Lead supplier relationships and partner with Strategic Sourcing to mitigate supplier risk, drive supplier selection, engage with suppliers regarding RFx, SOWs, negotiations, contracting, and other supplier performance and compliance activities.
• Effectively communicate Quantinuum’s outsourcing needs and requirements, actively identifying suppliers that meet these needs
• Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers to meet company’s technical, quality, cost, and delivery requirements
• Attend regional trade shows and conferences representing Quantinuum’s Global Integrated Supply Chain
• Prepare reports, evaluations and summaries of the regional quantum supply chain ecosphere and of supplier interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, R&D, manufacturing, and within supply chain to document and align supplier strategies with business and technical objectives
• Address and resolve supplier-related conflicts and issues

• 技術分野、または高度な技術コンポーネントを扱う分野での十分な経験
• ビジネス、サプライチェーン、または技術分野での学士号
• 米国およびAPAC諸国への国際出張が約20%可能であること
• サプライヤー開発、戦略購買、または関連サプライチェーン分野で5年以上の経験
• 本ポジションは米国輸出管理規制の対象であり、適格性はその規制に基づき評価されます

• Must be able to work in Japan without sponsorship
• Full professional fluency in Japanese, professional working fluency in English, other languages highly desired
• Strong experience working in a technical field, or with highly technical components
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or technical field
• Ability to travel internationally approximately 20% to the United States and APAC countries
• Experience minimum 5+ Years in Supplier development, Strategic Sourcing or related supply chain discipline
