Job Title: SCADA Operations & Maintenance Engineer

Department: Operation & Maintenance

Location: U.K.

As a SCADA Operations & Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, providing remote support and onsite support to ensure its efficient and stable operation. You will collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support the company s SCADA needs through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

• Familiarity with SCADA system architecture and principles.
• Strong network knowledge, including TCP/IP protocols, network security and network packet capture/analysis.
• Familiarity with common communication protocols in the power industry (IEC
  104, Modbus, OPC, IEC
  61850, etc.) and related testing software.
• Proficiency in SCADA database maintenance and data acquisition tools.
• Skilled in using Linux systems and MySQL databases.
• Ability to use scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automating tasks.
• Experience with SCADA software for power industry.

• Proficient in English for work-related communication.
• Mandarin reading and speaking is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good team spirit.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent demands.
