Controls Engineer Manufacturing

Controls Engineer London needed for a world class manufacturer. You must be good on controls with experience in Manufacturing in either Packaging, Plastics, Beverage, FMCG, Food, Pharma or Automotive manufacturing.

Salary to £65,000

Controls Engineer role will be working for a global leading manufacturer where the company invests in their sites and teams. You will have a role where you can be autonomous and be able to add your own unique style.

This role will be to Controls Engineer for the production site.

• Be a senior member of the Engineering Leadership Team
• Provide support and advice
• Troubleshooting on site operations equipment and automation's systems and provide the Site effective proactive maintenance service.
• Updating and maintenance on production/packaging equipment
• Troubleshooting of PLC, HMI and SCADA Software
• Identifying failures and recovery
• Managing contractors when required
• Work on capital projects
• Support in delivering CI initiatives
• Provide technical support to local & capital projects

Role is commutable from Wimbledon, Hackbridge, Merton, Mordon, Croydon, Mitcham, Brixton, Clapham, Coulsdon, Teddington, Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, New Maldon, Hampton, Thames Ditton, Long Ditton, Thorton Heath, Beckenham, Bromley, Wallington, Epson, Banstead, Sutton, Chessington and other parts of London and Surrey
