Assistant Engineering Surveyor (Luxury Residential Developer) | Central London | Permanent

A luxury residential developer have a great opportunity for an Assistant Engineering Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.

The company have been operating for close to 30 years, developing and building luxury residential properties in prime locations across London.

They are working on a number of large, long-term residential schemes in Central London, including high rise, RC frame apartments up to 75 storeys high.

They are looking for an Assistant Engineering Surveyor with one to two years’ experience with exposure to site setting-out, control-datum transfer in multi-storey buildings and as-built surveys of varied construction elements. The ideal person will be able to read and check drawings, able to draw surveys in AutoCAD and have the ability to use survey equipment, preferably Leica.

Criteria:

• Surveying or Civil Engineering qualification
• One to two years hands on site experience
• Ideally have experience working on large residential schemes
• Exposure to:
  Site setting-out / Control-Datum transfer in multi-storey buildings / as-built Surveys of varied construction elements
• Able to read and check drawings
• Able to draw surveys in AutoCAD
• Ability to use survey equipment preferably Leica

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + package
