Civil​/Structural Engineer

Overview

Dynamic and creative design consultancy based in Surbiton requires a Civil/Structural Engineer to join their team.

• Design large new footbridges over railways at stations, rail bridges, lineside services and structures.
• Platform extensions and station refurbs.
• Substation design for UK Power Networks and HV cable route design.
• Renewables schemes, embankment and cutting works.
• Depot buildings and structures.
• Attend meetings, site visits and client interactions.

• Experience in both steel and concrete design.
• Background in buildings, substations, bridges and other civil/structural infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Collaboration and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• 25 days holiday and flexible work‑from‑home days.
• Base salary of £40k‑£50k.
