We are recruiting for a Critical Electrical Shift Leader to join a high-performing Critical Engineering Team in Kings Cross. In this role, you will take ownership of electrical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general building services across a critical environment.

The Role As an Electrical Shift Leader, you will:
Oversee and coordinate HV electrical maintenance during your shift.
Lead and support a team of engineers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
Act as the lead contact in emergency situations, ensuring risks are managed effectively.
Mentor, train, and upskill technicians to keep the team aligned with industry best practice.
Produce accurate shift reports, records, and performance updates.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
HV Authorised Person (experienced with HV systems).
City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent).
17th Edition IEE Wiring & Installation (18th Edition training provided if required).
Proven experience in a critical environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
Willingness to attend on-site and off-site training.
Working knowledge of AC systems, UPS, generators, and LV systems with strong fault-finding ability
