This specialist manufacturer operates at a multi‑million‑pound turnover, supplying advanced equipment across a wide range of industries, including rail and transport networks. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are now looking to add a strategic and driven Bid Manager to their team.

In this varied and rewarding role, oversee and manage all bid and tendering activities within the company. Working closely with the Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and evaluation of high‑quality tender submission proposals for new business opportunities. This will include the creation of bespoke written responses to bids and tenders.

• Bid / Tender Manager
• Oversee tender submission proposals for new business
• Monday to Friday (Office Based)

• Experienced in Bid Management/Writing
• Engineering or Construction/Civil background
• Commutable to Hayes
