An opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Engineer to join the on‑site engineering team in Westminster, for a commercial building with various modern M&E and building systems.

This role suits a strong, hands‑on M&E engineer with an electrical bias or a mechanically qualified engineer who is genuinely multi‑skilled and comfortable working in a large, live environment.

You will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the facilities, ensuring all systems remain fully operational, compliant, and safe.

• Maintenance and fault‑finding on M&E building services systems
• Electrical works including lighting, small power, and compliance testing
• Mechanical plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, plumbing, and water systems
• Carrying out PPM schedules and responding to reactive issues
• Supporting statutory and compliance requirements
• Working within a customer‑facing, high‑footfall environment

• Electrical bias with Level 3 qualification, or Mechanical Level 2 qualification with proven multi‑skilled experience
• Background in commercial building services, retail, or large estates
• Strong fault‑finding ability across electrical and mechanical systems
• A professional, safety‑conscious approach to shift work

• Salary up to £45,000
• 25 days of annual leave
