Role: Director of Product (Growth & Experimentation)

Salary: Up to £150,000 + bonus + equity

Location: Hybrid London (flexible office time)

We're working with a fast-growing Insur Tech business using data, AI, and automation to modernise how motor insurance is priced and delivered.

They're hiring a hands‑on Director of Product with a strong builder mindset, focused on growth and experimentation – someone who doesn't just define direction, but gets into the detail, drives execution, and takes ownership of outcomes end‑to‑end.

This is a commercially accountable, operator‑style role focused on building the systems that actually move revenue, margin, and customer outcomes – not just shipping features.

• Own commercial customer journeys (acquisition to conversion to retention to upsell)
• Build and scale a high‑velocity experimentation engine (A/B + multivariate testing)
• AI‑enabled environment – AI used to accelerate build, test, and learn cycles
• Focus on rate of learning as a core performance driver
• Fast‑moving culture built around rapid iteration and feedback loops
• Direct impact on conversion, pricing, retention, and unit economics
• Clear ownership of commercial outcomes (P&L influence across your area)

• Strong Product Manager background in growth / experimentation product roles
• Deep fluency in funnels, conversion metrics, and unit economics
• Proven ability to design and run experiments that move commercial outcomes
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
• Hands‑on operator who still enjoys building and shipping
• Experience leveraging AI/tools to increase product or team velocity
