Position Overview
We are seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Main Contractor based in Central London. The role involves tendering MEPH packages for new projects and assisting in managing sub‑contractor variation accounts.
Responsibilities- Tender MEPH packages on new projects.
- Assist in managing sub‑contractor variation accounts.
- Conduct occasional site visits within Zone 1.
- Experience with two‑stage tendering.
- Comprehensive understanding of MEP quantity surveying and tendering.
Central London Offices with occasional site visits within Zone 1.
