London EC1. Salary: £60k-£65k per annum.

Are you an experienced structural Revit technician and BIM modeller who is brave, ambitious and keen for something different? We are looking to recruit the Lead BIM Modeller for a new London office of a reputable international design consultant, supporting the expansion of the London division.

• Provide excellent Revit technical skills and deliver building models that integrate with other disciplines.
• Assist with growth, management, recruitment, and development of the BIM team.
• Initially act as the sole UK technician and be willing to "get your hands dirty".
• Help run projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experienced structural Revit technician and BIM modeller.
• Good technical buildings experience using Revit.
• Excellent project running and communication skills.

The office space is ready… could you be? The office aims to be up to 30 staff within the next few years.
