The Role
As the Electrical Design Engineer, you will take a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge design solutions across a range of high-profile projects. You will help provide energy-efficient, innovative, and sustainable designs that meet client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the electrical design process for a variety of building services projects from concept to completion.

· Develop detailed designs using the latest software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Electrical

OM, Dialux).

· Oversee the production of technical reports, drawings, and specifications.

· Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders.

· Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice.

· Attend client meetings and represent the consultancy in a professional manner.

· Contribute to sustainability-focused designs and low-energy solutions.
 
What We're Looking For

· A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

· 3-6 years of experience in electrical building services design within an MEP consultancy environment.

· Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Electrical

OM, and Dialux.

· Excellent knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations, and CIBSE guides.

· Proven experience delivering projects in various sectors, such as commercial or residential.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
