Randstad Construction & Property is looking for a commercially sharp MEP Estimator (Mechanical Bias) to join their Preconstruction team in London. This Senior Building Services Estimator will take ownership of bids, ensuring accurate, competitive, and innovative cost solutions.
Key responsibilities include cradle-to-grave estimating, technical analysis using Amtech/Trimble, and risk evaluation. The ideal candidate should possess proven estimating experience, technical knowledge of RMM and NRM, and a relevant qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
