• Driving packaging innovation from concept through to launch
• Identifying smarter, more sustainable packaging solutions
• Improving packaging performance, functionality, and cost efficiency
• Managing packaging trials, testing, and production implementation
• Collaborating closely with Innovation, Technical, Supply Chain, and Creative teams
• Working with suppliers to introduce new materials and technologies
• Supporting compliance, specifications, and packaging standards

• Experience in Packaging Technology or Packaging Development
• Background within FMCG, food, consumer goods, or similar sectors
• Strong understanding of flexible and rigid packaging materials
• A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
• Someone commercially aware who can balance quality, sustainability, and cost
• Confident managing projects and influencing cross-functional teams
