Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead - Building Services

Waterloo, London
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Pattern:
Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

An established and highly respected Building Services Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead to join its growing London team based in Waterloo. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects within the education, healthcare, commercial, and public sectors, you will play a key role in leading BIM coordination activities, driving project delivery standards, and supporting multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional who enjoys a hands‑on technical role while also taking ownership of project coordination and mentoring junior team members.

• Lead BIM coordination across multiple building services projects.
• Manage and maintain project BIM models to a high standard.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements.
• Produce and review high-quality Revit models and associated documentation.
• Support project delivery from concept through to construction.
• Assist in developing BIM processes and best practices across the business.
• Mentor and support junior BIM technicians and coordinators.

• Minimum 5 years' experience within a Building Services or MEP environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience using Revit and associated BIM software.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent understanding of BIM standards and project workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with design teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with in education, healthcare, or other complex building sectors would be advantageous.
