Account Global Engineering and Critical Environment Lead

We are looking for a senior engineering leader to oversee global engineering and critical environment operations for our client account. The candidate will be the primary point of contact for engineering matters and will collaborate with global and regional account management, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

• Lead a team of internal and external engineers to deliver high‑quality engineering services, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage critical environments such as data centers and trading floors, maintaining uptime and other performance KPI’s as stipulated in the contract.
• Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulations, and incorporate them into operations.
• Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions.
• Coordinate and execute engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and budget compliance.
• Control the engineering budget for the client account, identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
• Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track and improve service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, overseeing performance and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the engineering team to foster continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• 8+ years of global engineering management experience, including critical environment operations (data centers, trading floors).
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, power, and fire protection systems.
• Strong project‑management skills and experience leading complex engineering projects from planning to execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, energy‑modelling software).
• In‑depth understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, local building codes).
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Experience leading in a matrixed environment and influencing senior stakeholders.
