Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing and reputable facilities maintenance team covering North London and surrounding areas.

• Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across commercial properties.
• Service and maintain HVAC systems, pumps, motors, pipework, valves, and associated mechanical plant.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently.
• Complete routine inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients and site personnel professionally.
• Accurately complete maintenance reports and job sheets.

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Maintenance or Mobile Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building services and mechanical plant.
• Experience working on pumps, motors, HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, and associated equipment.
• Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Salary up to £45,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday working hours (8am - 5pm)
