Overview
My client requires an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with prior experience in the construction or engineering sector to join their permanent team at Liverpool Street, London. The role involves working on large-scale engineering projects including HS2 (Rail) and commercial projects with high‑profile clients.
Key Responsibilities & Experience- Support the commercial team with administrative duties.
- Assist in value management and identify potential cost savings.
- Assist in financial reporting.
- Assist in cost reviews.
- Assist in preparing applications for services undertaken.
- Contract experience NEC3 or NEC
4.
The role offers extensive training and experience working alongside an established commercial team, with a starting salary of £40,000 – £48,000 plus the full benefits package.
