- Liverpool Street, City of London - £45,000 - £48,000 per annum

We have a brand new role for a Day Shift Engineer to join our client on a commercial space based in Liverpool Street. Our client is offering the successful candidate career progression and additional training, external training and AP status. This is a static role that follows a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, day shift only.

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems
• Fault finding / troubleshooting, diagnose faults, respond to emergencies, update site logbooks and liaise with contractors

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding:
  Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation, AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc.), Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors
• Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
• Communicate with the client

• City and Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Apprentice trained (Desirable)
• Building service maintenance experience
• At least 3 years experience within commercial property maintenance

• £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, day shift only
