Estimator (Foundations / Civil Engineering / Geotechnical)
Isleworth - Hybrid
£70,000 - £85,000 + Progression + Full Company Training + Company Benefits
We are looking for a qualified Estimator with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or a related field) to join our family‑run team of over 30 years experience. The role focuses on groundworks and basement restoration projects across London and the surrounding areas.
The Role- Identify risks and opportunities in tenders to produce accurate estimates.
- Support Quantity Surveying functions and post‑project reviews.
- Visit heritage buildings to perform estimations on ground works, piling and basements.
- Provide costing and quotes to a variety of customers and clients.
- Produce accurate, value‑engineered cost estimates, develop strong client relationships, and manage projects from initial enquiry through to contract award.
- Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless handover to the operations team for project success.
- Holder of a Civil/Structural Engineering degree.
- Based in Isleworth or able to commute easily.
- Junior level experience with a clear desire to progress into a fully qualified Estimator role.
