Our client is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing London team. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will take the technical lead on a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, including highways, drainage, flood risk management, and earthworks. The role offers a healthy mix of civil and structural schemes, giving you space to apply your technical expertise, problem‑solving mindset, and leadership skills across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, defence, and data centres.

• Lead the technical direction on diverse, high‑profile civil engineering projects.
• Manage the delivery of projects from masterplans (£1 billion) to residential schemes.
• Engage with clients, oversee financial oversight, and ensure quality management throughout the project life cycle.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians.

• Solid experience in managing civil engineering projects from planning through to delivery.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely, high‑quality outcomes.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to project and team leadership.
• Current progression on a recognised professional institution training pathway (e.g., ICE).
