Location: City Of London
Opening
Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor, Project Engineer, Site Engineer or Tradesperson looking to move into an Estimating career? We're working with a growing Mechanical Building Services contractor who is looking for someone with strong mechanical knowledge and the ambition to develop into a Mechanical Estimator. Previous estimating experience is beneficial but not essential. Full support and training will be provided for the right individual.
Responsibilities- Assisting with tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings and specifications
- Obtaining supplier quotations
- Preparing cost estimates
- Working alongside Directors and Project Managers
- Supporting pre-construction activities
- Mechanical Building Services experience
- Commercial M&E knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Keen to develop a career in estimating
- Full UK driving licence preferred
