London | Hybrid Working | Outside IR35 | £30-£35 per Hour
Ready to work on some of London's most exciting building services projects?
We're looking for a BIM Technician with Building Services experience to join a growing consultancy delivering technically challenging projects across a range of sectors. If you're confident using Revit MEP and enjoy working on complex, multidisciplinary schemes, this could be the ideal contract for you.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established building services consultancy with a strong pipeline of work across London and the South East. You'll work on a diverse range of projects spanning commercial fit-outs, heritage buildings, data centres, healthcare, residential developments and life sciences facilities, giving you exposure to technically challenging and varied schemes. Alongside an Outside IR35 contract paying £30-£35 per hour, you'll benefit from hybrid working, an immediate start and the opportunity to secure a long-term assignment with a highly regarded consultancy.
What you'll be doing
· Producing and developing high-quality Revit MEP models.
· Coordinating mechanical and electrical building services designs with multidisciplinary teams.
· Supporting projects from concept through to detailed design.
· Carrying out BIM coordination and clash detection.
· Ensuring models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.
· Collaborating with engineers to deliver coordinated, buildable solutions.
What we're looking for
· Previous experience as a BIM Technician within a Building Services consultancy.
· Strong Revit MEP skills.
· Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordinated design.
· Experience working on building services projects within one or more of the sectors listed above.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within project teams.
