We are a highly respected, award‑winning civil & structural engineering consultancy with about 170 employees across the UK. We deliver complex, design‑led building projects, collaborating with leading architects to provide innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.

You will work on a wide range of schemes including high‑end residential and mixed‑use developments, heritage and refurbishment projects, commercial and education buildings, and public realm and urban regeneration schemes.

As a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer you will play a key role in both technical delivery and project leadership.

• Lead the design of drainage, site development and external works packages.
• Develop SuDS strategies and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
• Support projects from concept through to construction delivery.
• Work closely with architects to develop innovative and buildable solutions.
• Review and oversee technical outputs.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate project delivery.

• Strong experience in civil engineering design within development or building‑focused projects.
• Experience in drainage, levels and external works design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D.
• Experience working within a consultancy environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading projects and managing delivery.
• Ability to review and oversee technical design.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
• Commercial awareness and contribution to business growth.
