The role involves:

• Designing and developing building projects.
• Working on international projects while building a local portfolio.
• Participating in business development activities.
• Managing project timelines and coordinating with stakeholders.

• MICE or MIStructE qualified or working towards this status.
• Good technical buildings design skills.
• Excellent project running and business development skills.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

The office aims to grow to 30 staff within the next few years. International projects provide a decent work cushion, and the firm already has London clients.
