Location: City Of London
NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major infrastructure project in West London with a hybrid working pattern. The role requires solid experience in quantity surveying, preferably with an M&E background, and a good grasp of NEC3/4 contracts.
You will manage contract terms, risks, variations, and sub-contract accounts, and lead reporting and payment recovery efforts. A degree or HNC is expected, with the company offering a competitive package and benefits.
