Location: City Of London
Equans is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to maintain and optimise Building Management Systems across Greater London. The role involves planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and on-call support on multiple BMS platforms including Trend, Niagara, Distech and Siemens.
The ideal candidate will have BMS/HVAC experience, City & Guilds/BTEC/NVQ in Electrical Engineering, and a willingness to obtain DBS/SC clearance. Full UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.
