Principal Structural Engineer/Associate role based in London (W1). Salary £58k-£68k. Type:

• Work on buildings structures design schemes for smaller to mid-size refurbishments, surveys, historic works, conservation schemes, and London cut-and-carve projects.
• Prepare reports and contribute to design work; engage in problem solving and collaboration with the team.
• Work on commercial, residential, conservation, retail and other building schemes, often for large-name clients.
• Potential involvement in expert witness work if interested.

• Chartered MIStructE or MICE (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in building structures engineering within a consultative design environment.

Mid-sized reputable and well-established structural engineering firm based in W1, busy with structural work and supported by a team of highly qualified engineers. They work on a variety of building schemes including commercial, residential, conservation, and retail projects; they are often on framework agreements with repeat clients.
