Are you a Civil 3D Technician looking to work on some of the UK's most innovative and high-profile developments? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading multidisciplinary design consultancy renowned for combining engineering, architecture and digital design to deliver complex projects across the commercial, industrial, logistics, life sciences, residential, healthcare and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Working as part of an experienced civil engineering team, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality infrastructure models and drawings for major developments, collaborating closely with engineers, architects and wider project teams from concept through to construction.
The Role- Producing highways, drainage, earthworks and external works drawings using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Developing accurate 3D models, alignments, surfaces, corridors and grading designs.
- Supporting infrastructure designs for commercial, logistics, industrial, residential, life sciences and mixed-use developments.
- Preparing technical drawings and construction information for planning and detailed design stages.
- Coordinating designs with multidisciplinary teams using BIM workflows.
- Assisting engineers with design development, drawing management and project delivery.
- Maintaining high technical and drawing standards across multiple live projects.
- Experience as a Civil Engineering Technician within a UK consultancy environment.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Experience producing highways, drainage and infrastructure drawings.
- Knowledge of earthworks, levels and external works design.
- Experience working within BIM environments would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Work on nationally significant projects across commercial, logistics, industrial, life sciences, residential and mixed-use sectors.
