Lead Mechanical Engineer – Based in Aldgate

Trevett Services are working with one of the largest and fastest growing Facilities Management providers in the UK. The client is seeking technically sound mechanical engineers to join a team in Aldgate.

• Work within a 2-person team, covering all mechanical maintenance on a high-end corporate building (PPM and reactive).
• Be client facing as part of the role.
• Operate on assets such as actuators, pressure sensors, heat exchangers, pumps, expansion vessels, extract fans, pressurisation units, air handling units, and related equipment.

Hours:

08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. There is a 1 in 4 call-out with standby pay of £100 (minimum 4 hours). Overtime is available at the site.

• £52,000 per year + excellent benefits
• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
• Birthday paid day off (if it falls on a weekend, the following week is observed)
• 3 paid volunteer days
• Overtime rate: 1.5x Mon–Sun
• Allocated training allowance to pursue qualifications and certificates (e.g., HVAP)
• Holiday buy-back up to 5 days
• Pension 3%/5%

Ideally from an FM background, with a level 3 qualification in mechanical, plumbing, or heating & ventilation.
