Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Building Services Maintenance – Up to £40k Base + Overtime + Callout

We are recruiting for a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a Service and Maintenance team. The role is static based in Greenford onsite PPMs and repairs, working with other engineers to support their tasks. There will be an element of fabric maintenance as well as M&E works.

The organisation has seen steady growth, doubling in size over the past few years, and has contracts signed up to a full order book through to 2029.

• Salary basic up to £40,000; OTE £47,000
• 40 hour week
• 33 days holiday including bank holidays
• On‑call 1 in 6
• OT time weekdays, evenings and weekends

• Experience performing repairs in various buildings – Essential
• Electrical background and health & safety knowledge – Essential
• C&G or NVQ Level 2 or above trained – Desirable
• CRB checked – Essential

This position would suit someone who has worked in Building Services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security, or Hire organizations, or in other related industries.
