Location: London (Hybrid)

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Role

Lead the electrical design and technical delivery of complex data centre projects. Manage projects across the full RIBA design lifecycle, from feasibility through to construction. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams. Lead design reviews, technical coordination, and quality assurance. Mentor and develop junior and senior engineers within the team. Support business development activities, client presentations, and bid submissions.

Drive innovation, resilience, sustainability, and energy‑efficient design solutions across mission critical facilities.

About You

Degree qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
Significant experience within Electrical Building Services consultancy.
Proven experience delivering mission critical/data centre projects (hyperscale, colocation or enterprise preferred).
Strong knowledge of HV/LV distribution, standby generation, UPS systems, critical power infrastructure and resilience strategies.
Proficient with industry‑standard design software including Revit, Amtech/Trimble Pro Design, Dialux/Relux and AutoCAD.
Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, British Standards and CIBSE guidance.
Strong leadership, commercial awareness and client management skills.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively working towards Chartership.
